We don’t work by sqm or by hour. We prepare a plan of regualr activities which icludes a maintenance schedule. We also plan accordingly to your unique needs, such as executive meetings, clients visits, allergies and budgets.

Our maintenence plan packckage has two advantages: 1) activities such as seasonal window cleaning, yearly deep carpet cleaning, dusting of cealing lights etc are included in the package and scheduled, saving you money; 2) your office is constatly maintained cleaned thanls to activities planned every 2 weeks, once a month, every quarter, every year etc.
